Dr. Swinson has a deep passion for serving others and empowering families to live healthier, more connected lives. With a natural ability to connect with patients of all ages, she provides personalized care that supports the body’s ability to not only heal, but thrive. Whether it’s helping a child sleep better, supporting a mother through postpartum recovery, or guiding an athlete back to peak performance, Dr. Swinson brings both skill and heart to every interaction. One of the most rewarding parts of her day is seeing the relief and joy on her patients’ faces. Those moments are what drives her to keep showing up with purpose and care.
Dr. Swinson spent her internship at Flourish and was trained in pediatric and family wellness alongside the best. She is Webster Technique Certified to provide precise care for pregnant and postpartum women. Her passion lies in walking alongside women as they transition into motherhood, as she has recently became a mother herself. She is especially known for her gentle and attentive care. 
Outside of the office, Dr. Swinson loves listening to holistic health care podcasts and learning of ways to live her life as non-toxic as possible. She enjoys spending time in nature with her 2 year old daughter and fiance. In office, she will never not have a coffee. Dr. Swinson is planning her elopement with hopes to head back to Iceland, where she got engaged, but also had the best latte ever.
