DO YOU OFFER FREE HEALTH CONSULTATIONS?

Yes! Every new patient will receive a 15 minute complementary phone consultation with the doctor to answer any questions and ensure that chiropractic care is right for you.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

Yes! We can work with a number of insurance companies. We will verify your benefits prior to your initial visit.

WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

You will receive your intake forms electronically via email. Fill them out from you computer and please try to give as much detail as possible. Your initial visit will consist of a thorough evaluation including medical history, orthopedic and neurological examination. In some cases, X-rays may be ordered. On your next visit Dr. Daniels will discuss a treatment plan customized to your specific needs and goals moving forward.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

Please reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee
